Scott Brittenham is CEO, Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Clean Energy Capital, LLC (CEC), which specializes in biofuels, renewable chemicals, and biomass. Prior to CEC, Mr. Brittenham was managing director of several prominent investment banks on Wall Street, including Salomon Brothers, Bear Sterns, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Prudential Securities, where he was responsible for billions of dollars in trading and hedging. He has more than 32 years' experience in evaluating, structuring, and executing large, complex financial transactions as well as experience in selecting, supervising and evaluating top level professionals in the finance industry.

Charles Miller

Charles Miller | Senior Managing Director

Mr. Miller focuses on providing placement agent services for well-regarded investment managers seeking to establish new relationships within the institutional investor community and their consultants. He has 35 years of experience in the investment business, including senior executive responsibility with Credit Suisse First Boston, Merrill Lynch Capital Markets and William Blair & Company. Mr. Miller began his career in international finance with Getty Oil Company.

Lynn Riley | Controller & Chief Compliance Officer

Ms. Riley is the Controller at CEC responsible for all aspects of the accounting function. She has almost 30 years of domestic and international experience in internal controls, systems and procedures, as well as organizational restructuring and reengineering. She earned her CPA license while working for Orica (and its predecessors), an international commercial explosives business ($5.4 billion in revenue) as a Controller in Dallas, Texas and Sao Paulo, Brazil and North American Director of Tax and Treasury Services in Denver, Colorado.

Originally from Scotland, Ms. Skea has extensive experience in software development, systems analysis and design. She has worked in several different industries including local government, the health sector and non-profit organizations.

Monica Wu | Director of Finance

Ms. Wu is the Director of Finance in CEC responsible for research and analysis of biofuel industry and biofuel companies in CEC's portfolio. She performs evaluation of portfolio companies on a quarterly basis by applying several analytic tools, and analyzes the macro-environment factors, commodity prices and relevant regulations affecting the biofuel industry.
